Yes — entirely. RYST 109A is a private pool villa on the ECR, rented only as a whole villa. No other guests share the property, so the pool, jacuzzi, terrace and every outdoor space are yours alone from check-in to check-out.

The villa sleeps up to 16 guests across 4 bedrooms, each with an extra sofa-cum-bed (4x6 ft) — so whether you're a couple or a group, the privacy is complete.

The pool is 22 ft long and about 12 ft wide, with room to swim, float and play as a group. It runs from 1 ft 3 in at the shallow end to 4.5 ft at its deepest.

Yes. The shallow end is just 1 ft 3 in deep, so toddlers can splash with an adult close by, and the chlorine is kept at gentle levels that stay comfortable on eyes and skin. There's no lifeguard, so please keep children supervised by an adult at all times — and at 4.5 ft deep, the pool isn't suitable for diving.

Yes. The pool is well lit after dark and there are no pool hours — it's yours to use around the clock. We only ask guests to keep noise down after 10 PM, out of respect for the neighbourhood.

Yes — one corner of the pool has jacuzzi jets with seating on three sides, right beside the 150-inch poolside screen. Like the rest of the pool, it's kept at natural ambient temperature rather than heated.

Before every check-in, the pool is vacuumed, cleaned and tested for pH and chlorine — and it's maintained daily throughout your stay. Chlorine is kept at gentle, balanced levels, so the water stays clean and comfortable on eyes and skin even after hours of swimming.

Yes — a genuine 150-inch outdoor LED screen (not a projector-and-sheet setup) sits right at the pool's edge, a rare find at a private villa anywhere in Tamil Nadu. It stays bright enough to watch in daylight as well as after dark, so you can catch a live day match, stream a film at night, or watch it all poolside whenever you like.

It's a nod to the open-air cinema culture the ECR is known for, in the spirit of the coast's much-loved Prarthana drive-in theatre.

Yes — the poolside LED screen is available at a small additional charge, separate from the villa rental. It isn't automatically included in every stay, so please confirm availability and the current charge with us at the time of booking.

Pearl Beach is a natural Bay of Bengal shoreline about a 5-minute walk from the villa gate. Swimming conditions are generally calmest from November through February, when the sea is settled and the water is clear.

During the southwest monsoon (June to September) the sea is more active, with stronger currents and higher surf. We recommend caution during this period and advise guests to check local sea conditions before swimming.

No. RYST 109A operates exclusively as a whole-villa booking. The entire 4-bedroom property is yours — individual rooms are not available for separate booking.

This model ensures your group has complete privacy with no shared corridors, common areas or intrusions. It also means you get the pool, jacuzzi, kitchen, terrace and all amenities entirely to yourselves.

Yes. A caretaker is on-site throughout the duration of your stay. They are available to assist with day-to-day villa needs — maintenance, queries and anything that requires attention during your time here.

Yes, on order. You can order meals straight to the villa from the Casa de RYST menu — all-day in-house dishes plus a Tamil breakfast, meals and dinner spread from our partner kitchen Muthu Virundhu, made fresh to order. For biryanis and larger spreads, please order a little ahead.

If you'd rather cook, the villa has a fully-equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils and basic essentials. Nearby towns of Marakkanam and Cheyyur also have local restaurants and fresh seafood options a short drive away.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa — indoors and in the outdoor common areas. Connection details are provided on arrival.

We're sorry — pets are not permitted at RYST 109A. This policy is in place to maintain the villa's condition and hygiene for all future guests.

Small, private gatherings within the villa's 16-guest capacity are completely welcome — pool evenings, barbecues, birthday dinners and celebrations are all part of the RYST 109A experience.

However, loud DJ-driven events, large-scale gatherings exceeding the villa's capacity, and anything that would disturb the neighbourhood are not permitted. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels after 10 PM.

Yes. Alcohol is permitted for guests within the villa premises. There is no in-villa bar, so please bring your own.

The nearest shops are in Cheyyur town, a short drive away. We recommend stocking up before arrival.
