RYST 109A is a 4-bedroom private pool villa on the ECR, with its own swimming pool and jacuzzi on Pearl Beach, Cheyyur — about 85 km south of Chennai along the East Coast Road. The entire villa is booked exclusively for your group, so there are no shared spaces, no other guests and no front desk: just your people, the pool and the sea, a short 500 m walk away.
It sleeps up to 16 guests, with a sofa-cum-bed in every bedroom for the extra cousins. There's a recreation hall with table tennis, foosball, darts and board games, sea-facing terraces, a BBQ setup, and a 150-inch outdoor LED screen right at the pool's edge for match nights and movies. When nobody wants to cook, the Casa de RYST menu brings food straight to the villa.

Planning a celebration
Can we host a birthday party at RYST 109A?
Yes. Birthdays, anniversaries and other private celebrations are very welcome, as long as the group stays within the villa's 16-guest capacity. The whole villa is booked exclusively for you, so the pool, terraces and recreation hall are yours for the celebration.
How many guests can the villa accommodate?
Up to 16 guests across 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has an additional sofa-cum-bed (4x6 ft) for extra guests. Additional-guest charges apply above the base occupancy — we'll confirm the exact amount for your group size when you enquire.
Is there an extra charge for a celebration or gathering?
Depending on your plans, an event or gathering charge may apply on top of the villa rental. The 150-inch poolside LED screen and the BBQ setup are also add-ons. Share your plan when you enquire and we'll confirm exactly what applies before you book.
Can we play music at the villa?
Yes, at a respectful volume — the recreation hall even has a JBL PartyBox speaker. DJ setups and loud events aren't permitted, and we ask all guests to keep noise down after 10 PM out of respect for the neighbourhood.
Can you arrange food for our group?
Yes. You can order from the Casa de RYST menu — all-day in-house dishes plus a Tamil breakfast, meals and dinner spread from our partner kitchen Muthu Virundhu, made fresh to order. For biryanis and larger spreads, please order a little ahead. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen if your group would rather cook, and a BBQ setup on request.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring and enjoy their own alcohol within the villa.
How far is RYST 109A from Chennai?
About 85 km south of Chennai along the East Coast Road (ECR) — roughly a two-hour drive. It's about 35 km south of Mahabalipuram and 60 km north of Pondicherry.
